I joined Experient in February 2012. For the past 20 years, I have worked in the hospitality and customer service industries in many different capacities. I served the city of Seattle through my work as National Account Director at the CVB for nine years. I also worked as Sales Manager at the Hilton Seattle for six years and most recently as Associate Director of Sales at the renowned Cedarbrook Lodge Hotel.
