Hello, I’m Elizabeth Baranik, CMP, QAS
National Account Manager, ESN
Being on both the planner and supplier side, I can bring all of my background and experience to fully understand your meeting goals and not just on the sourcing side. Thanks to my involvement within MPI, PCMA, ASAE, and more associations, I have created partnerships and relationships to benefit all of the clients I partner with.
And thanks to the collective data and knowledge secured by contracting over four million room nights annually, you can be confident you are receiving the optimum combination of rates, concessions, and terms every time.
I look forward to becoming an extension of your team, and working alongside to create successful meetings!
“Elizabeth Baranik is the epitome of precision, dependability, and professionalism. I have depended on her to negotiate my hotel contracts for the past year and I now feel my association stands toe-to-toe with any hotel property when discussing obligations and concessions. Count on her to save you money AND time. Her other strength is follow-up. She is equally engaged in the execution of the contract as she is the up-front negotiation.”

“I was referred to Elizabeth by a previous Experient representative in the summer of 2017. She has far exceeded our expectations with resources, negotiations and customer service. I have referred her to other business units within XPO Logistics, Inc. that have a need for meeting assistance throughout the year.”

“We love Elizabeth’s work with us. She is very thorough in her details and follow up. She saves me tons of time in the location search process. Having her as a key source in the site search and contracting process has made our association stronger because we can dedicate our time to maximizing member value and engagement.”
I come to you with a background in meeting planning, sales & marketing, public relations, event management / coordination and client relations. I served two terms on the MPI Greater Orlando Area Chapter as the VP, Marketing/Communications, from 2014-2016, as well as the MPI Global Foundation liaison. Previously I served as the Director of Communications, and was asked to be on the Founding committee for the MPI Global Emerging Leaders group. From 2015-2017, I sat on the Membership Committee for the MPI Georgia Chapter. Currently, I sit on the Marketing/Communications Committee for the MPI Greater New York Chapter. In addition, I previously sat on ASAE’s Young Professionals Committee, as well as the Marketing Chair for the Florida Society of Association Executives.
